  • Oz Hardwick is reading at Glastonbury this week. He is one of the poets in residence at the Mandala Stage, reading every day and playing a set with his duo ‘Sixpenny Wayke’

  • Four Oversteps poets will be reading at Falmouth Library next Monday evening, 28th March, at 6.30pm. The readers will be Elisabeth Rowe, Angela Stoner, Caroline Carver and Alwyn Marriage; and there will be some open mic slots for other poets.



  • On Friday 18th March, Oz Hardwick, Anne Stewart and Alwyn Marriage will be giving a poetry reading at the Oxfam Bookshop, 69 Low Petergate, York. Admission is free, but donations to Oxfam will be welcomed.



  • Caroline Carver will be reading at the Second Light Spring Festival at the Art Workers’ Guild in London on 2nd April, and as part of the Oversteps reading at Falmouth Library on March 28th.



  • There is an Acumen poetry day on Saturday, 12th February. Alwyn Marriage will be running a writing workshop from 10-30 to 12.30; there is an open mike from 1.00 to 2.00; and then Ian Caws and Alwyn Marriage will be reading from 2.30 to 4.0pm.   • Jenny Hope will be reading from her book, Petrolhead, at 19.30 on Wednesday 18th August, at The Farrier’s Arms, Fish Street, Worcester. This will be a charity event in support of Worcestershire Breast Unit Campaign.
